With a traditional rental broker you usually pay a brokerage fee of 1 x the monthly rent excluding VAT. It is also possible that this amount is deducted as a percentage of the rent you receive.  

Based on a rental price of € 1.000, - per month you pay € 1.210, - incl. VAT with a traditional rental agent. At Orentus you pay € 625, - incl. VAT.
